Built by operators
Every workflow starts with a real operational problem encountered by the people running the park.
AquaTrak began as a practical answer to the daily challenges of running a busy seasonal watersports venue.

Built and tested at our family-run watersports park. It worked so well, we couldn’t keep it to ourselves.
Every workflow starts with a real operational problem encountered by the people running the park.
AquaTrak is shaped around seasonal staffing, busy changeovers and the unpredictability of outdoor operations.
Scheduling, people records, training, time tracking and safety belong together because that is how the working day actually happens.

A live watersports operation serving around 25,000 customers each year.
North Devon Wake Park welcomes around 25,000 customers a year and operates with a seasonal team of up to 45 people across lifeguarding, wakeboarding, reception, catering and daily site operations.
Multiple departments, qualifications and levels of responsibility coordinated in one operation.
A real visitor operation where staff readiness and clear communication matter every day.
Replacing fragmented spreadsheets, messages, paper records and disconnected tools.
Departments, training, safety and operational responsibilities reflect the work rather than forcing office templates onto it.
Clear mobile workflows help new and returning employees find what they need without a training course in the software itself.
Important actions leave a record, making outstanding checks, exceptions and follow-up easier to see.
AquaTrak is moving from one family-run park toward a platform for the wider watersports industry.
